Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

• Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.

• Continuously improve through feedback and training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
