Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing software development, marketing, or product launch projects.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
